Sales at Pegasus have exceeded all expectations and as at 22nd May 2008, 778 of the total 826 residential sections that have been released to date are now sold.
The latest release of new properties in April 2008 included 28 lots in Pegasus Stage 11 which includes a number of premium lakefront sites, and 16 lots in Mapleham Stage 5 located along the 5th and 6th fairways of Mapleham Golf Course.
